Meeting up with Carley & Rob at Magen’s Bay for their engagement photos, they were a little nervous but so ready to have some amazing content captured. They originally planned their vacation to St.Thomas months ago but of course Covid made them reschedule. I’m so glad that happened, they were able to find and hire me to photograph their engagement pictures.

Carley showed up in the cutest outfit, I was like YES! This is going to be so awesome shoot, I can’t even wait to start photographing them, cut off jean shorts she said she made herself and a cute crop top, just wait till you see the pictures! We did so much fun and different things, she jumped up and wrapped her legs around him, and was ready to do anything I directed them to do. Let’s roll around on the sand, run down the beach or pop and spray the champagne. They were totally into having me capture them and who they are as a couple, and I definitely feel like I accomplished that. I like to tell everyone before I start to photograph them, just be yourself and try to let go, it will allow me to photograph you exactly how you both are together as a couple and to capture those sweet in between moments, the ones you didn’t even realize happened. Those sweet moments are my favorite, it shines a light into your relationship in a whole different way. Make memories but make sure to capture those really important ones, you’ll never regret looking back and saying what good times those were.
